We’re excited to announce that we are now booking these special sessions designed to create beautiful memories of your little ones. Our festive set will be full of Christmas cheer, ensuring you get the perfect photo to treasure or share with loved ones.
Here’s what’s included in our Christmas Mini Sessions:

- Choice of two Christmas themed backdrops
- One professionally edited digital image
- 1 (10x8) & 2 (7x5) high-quality prints (All the same image)

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are binding for all clients booking a Christmas Mini Session with Swinford Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Session Details
Session Date & Location: Christmas Mini Sessions will be held on November 13th,14th,15th,20th,21st and 22nd of November 2025 at Swinford Photography Studio, Station Rd, Swinford, Co Mayo F12 KD97
Session Duration: Each mini session is approx 15 minutes. Please arrive on time as sessions are scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced.
Session Package: The package includes 1 high-resolution edited digital image, 1 10x8 print and 2 7x5 prints( all the same image)
Christmas themeed backdrop with fireplace is suitable for up to four people.
Chrismtas themed backdrop with garland arch and trees is suitable for up to six people
Not suitable for children under 9 months old unless held by a sibling
2. Booking and Payment
Total Session Cost: The full price for the Christmas Mini Session is €55.00 This is due upon booking session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Client: In case of a cancellation the booking is non-refundable unless you inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, we will do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellation by Photographer: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the session. You will be notified as soon as possible, and we will reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time.
4. Image Delivery and Usage
Editing and Delivery: Edited digital image and prints will be available within 14 days after the session.
Image Selection: Clients will receive one image as part of the session fee. Swinford Photography will carefully choose the image to edit. You can be confident that we’ll select the one that looks best and fits perfectly. Please note that once your edited image has been sent, we’re unable to offer alternative versions or changes.
Client Usage: Images are provided for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Swinford Photography retains copyright over all images and reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio. If you do not want your images used, please notify us prior to your session.
5. Client Responsibilities
Appearance and Props: Please come prepared with outfits you wish to wear in your session. We will provide Christmas themed background and props.
Children:If a child is uncooperative, we will do our best to capture a good image, but the photographer cannot guarantee specific results
By booking and attending a Christmas Mini Session with Swinford Photography you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
